Lizzie Conrath pediatric PT
  • Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Conrath is an APTA board-certified pediatric specialist in physical therapy.

Doctor Lizzie graduated with honors from Marquette University (2010: BA in Psychology and 2012: DPT) before completing a pediatric PT residency at the University of Chicago. Lizzie previously worked as a PT (2013-2023) at Children's Wisconsin, where she created and co-led the philanthropic and innovative Go Baby Go Milwaukee chapter while serving pediatric clients and families in the outpatient setting. She also served as a therapy department ‘Trauma-Informed Care Champion’ and mentored several DPT students during their clinical rotations.

She has specialized training in the General Movement Assessment, a tool which can be used in high-risk infants and can aid in early diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy or other neuromotor conditions.

Lizzie is currently a fellow in the Wisconsin LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities) program and believes strongly in the compassionate delivery of interdisciplinary, family-centered care.

Her care philosophy involves partnering with the family, in collaboration with other members of the child's care team, to establish goals and bring about the full potential of each unique, extraordinary child. She loves to empower the child and caregivers to view their specific strengths and to advocate, within the healthcare setting and beyond, for their own needs.

Lizzie is the blessed wife of Kurt and mother of four young children. When she is not serving her community as a pediatric physical therapist, Lizzie loves to play soccer, practice yoga, and volunteer at her daughters’ school.
