  • Parent Wellness Circles bring together small groups of parents who want to share their joys and concerns with others who understand, want to challenge themselves to be more intentional parents, and would like some extra support in making some changes in their lives. Parent Wellness Circles meet for six weekly facilitated sessions that center around eight interconnected areas of family wellness– organization, stress resilience, relationships, rest and play, handling emotions, spirituality, work and school, and care for the body– learning about how each of these areas plays out in their lives can lead participants to be more intentional as parents, including how they can best serve as a compass for their children and their family.
