Physical Therapy Services

  • This phone consultation ranges from 15-30 minutes in length and will help you get a feel for whether our services are right for your family. Note: It is not imperative to have a phone consultation prior to scheduling an evaluation with our team.

  • Depending on your child’s age and abilities, this evaluation will include assessments of their strength, range of motion, muscle tone, state regulation, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and developmental skills. The evaluation will conclude with a proposed PT plan of care and creation of a home exercise program tailored to your child’s needs.

    Cost: $160

  • Treatment sessions will vary depending on your child’s age and diagnosis. Treatment interventions may include: targeted strengthening, stretching, soft tissue mobilization, postural training, balance training, endurance training, facilitation of gross motor development, parent/child education, updates to home exercise program.

    Cost: $110

  • This 50-minute class is designed for babies from 0-15 months and their caregivers as a way to improve strength, motor control, and gross motor development. A custom home exercise program will be emailed following class.

    Cost: $30

  • Get ready to move your body in fun and interesting ways in this 45-minute playful class for younger children roughly 2-5 years old (Littles) or older children 6-10 years old (Bigs)! Activities will include stretching, breath work, strengthening, balance work, and coordination tasks. Positive self talk will be encouraged! One child for $20 or a pair/group of siblings (in 1 'Move It, Move It' age group classes) for $30.

    Cost: $20

  • This session is designed for the family whose child (0-6 years) does not necessarily have specific impairments but who would love to supplement their understanding of gross motor development. You will be taught age-appropriate activities and exercises that will facilitate your child's strength and development.

    Cost: $75

  • The Bright Bikers camp is designed for kids from ages 5-12 and is intended for the children who are nervous to try biking and/or are just having a hard time becoming independent on a 2-wheeler. The group class will be inside the North Shore Wellness Collective and will focus on strengthening, balance, and coordination.

Payment: We currently accept cash, credit, Venmo, HSA, or gift cards at the time of service. We are out of network with insurance companies. After your visit & upon your request, we are able to provide you with a superbill that you can then submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If finances are a concern for you, please let us know prior to your appointment, and we will work to meet your individual needs. Thank you for your understanding as we work to create access for all.
